Descripción de producto

Nickel Iron Mesh For Electrical And Magnetic Applications High Magnetic Permeability And Excellent Corrosion Resistance

Nickel-iron mesh is a durable and versatile material made from a nickel-iron alloy, typically comprising around 48% nickel and 52% iron (known as Alloy 42 or NiFe42). This mesh is widely used in industrial and electronic applications due to its unique thermal expansion properties that match glass and ceramic materials. Nickel-iron mesh offers excellent strength, good electrical conductivity, and reliable corrosion resistance, especially in high-temperature or harsh environments. It’s used in sealing glass-to-metal, shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI), and precision electronic components. With various mesh sizes and weave patterns available, it’s suitable for applications demanding high dimensional stability, precise tolerances, and resistance to mechanical wear.

Definition:

Mesh count

The number of hole spacing per 25.4mm length along the direction of the hole spacing

Mesh Size- w

Distance between adjacent longitude and latitude wire

Wire diameter- d

The diameter of the wire in the nickel net

Pitch-row p

Distance between centerline of two adjacent wire.

Weaving Type

The way in which the longitude and latitude are interwoven with each other, the nickle network is a square hole network, including plain weave and twill weave two ways
